Job Description

Position Overview :

Infinitee Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Independent Talent Acquisition Consultant with expertise in the cybersecurity industry. This role will involve sourcing, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent in a fast-evolving and highly specialized field. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique cybersecurity needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions to secure skilled professionals.

Salary will be determined based on a combination of years of experience, educational background, and overall alignment with the desired personality traits for the role. 

 


Key Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development:

  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels to identify cybersecurity professionals, including penetration testers, SOC analysts, cloud security engineers, and information security managers.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for high-demand roles in cybersecurity.

Screening and Interviewing:

  • Conduct in-depth screenings and behavioral interviews to evaluate technical expertise, certifications, and cultural alignment.
  • Assess candidates on specific cybersecurity competencies, such as threat intelligence, incident response, ethical hacking, and compliance.

Technical Assessments and Validation:

  • Collaborate with clients to design or implement relevant technical tests and challenges (e.g., simulated threat scenarios).
  • Analyze assessment results and provide data-driven recommendations.

Industry Expertise and Consultation:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH), and technologies in cybersecurity.
  • Advise clients on competitive salary benchmarks and market insights specific to the cybersecurity sector.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and security objectives.
  • Provide regular progress reports, including metrics on candidate sourcing, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding Support:

  • Assist clients with preparing and extending competitive offers to candidates.
  • Ensure smooth transitions for new hires by supporting onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with industry-specific security protocols.

 


Qualifications :

Required :

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on cybersecurity roles.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, GSEC).
  • Proven track record of hiring for technical roles, including penetration testers, security architects, and compliance officers.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as SIEM solutions, firewalls, and cloud security platforms.
  • Experience with technical screening platforms like HackerRank or Codility.
  • Certifications in talent acquisition (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP).

Minimum Years of Experience :

Recruitment Experience: 

  • 5–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong emphasis on hiring technical and cybersecurity professionals.

Industry-Specific Expertise:

  • 3–8 years working specifically within the cybersecurity industry or recruiting for cybersecurity roles (e.g., SOC analysts, penetration testers, cybersecurity engineers).
  • Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.), technical skill sets, and industry terminology.

Assessment and Tools Knowledge:

  • Proven experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, AI-based sourcing tools).
  • Familiarity with technical assessment platforms like HackerRank, Codility, or other tools used to evaluate cybersecurity skills.

Consulting or Independent Work:

  • 2+ years as an independent consultant or contractor to show proficiency in self-management, client interaction, and project delivery.
